Our service is similar to a recruiter but for 10% of the cost. We save you the time of finding, filtering and following-up with candidates. After we schedule your in-person interviews, the rest is up to you. How you interview or negotiate offers is totally up to you.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM A RECRUITING AGENCY?
We charge a flat fee per position. C-level positions are $15,000, and Senior-Mid level positions are $7,500. Half will be paid up front and the other half will only paid after the new hire has been with your company for 60 days. If you don't keep the candidate for at least 60 days, you do not pay the remaining half.
